Planning a Trip to Expose the Soviet Famine

•Gareth immediately penned two articles for the Cardiff Western Mail published on Oct 15 & 17, 1932 to highlight the tragic situation entitled; “Will there be Soup?” •In line with his Welsh Non-Conformist beliefs & virtues; Gareth decided to make a trip to view the conditions firsthand – otherwise it could have been officially denied.
